Ae Dil Hai Mushkil Bollywood Movie Review

“Ae Dil Hai Mushkil” is one of this year’s most anticipated Bollywood movies! It is definitely going to be a hit at the box office this season. This was filmed London, England. It’s a story about a one-sided love and how this kind of love make us do ridiculous things even though the love itself is not reciprocated. It follows the story of three main characters, Ayan, Alizeh and Saba, as their lives become connected. It showcases each of their approaches to life, relationships, and how they ultimately deal with heartbreak that enters their lives.

Following, the story of a woman Alizeh (played by Anushka Sharma) is just coming out of a relationship that ended,) develops a new and fresh romance with a man Ayan (played by Ranbir Kapoor) who loves music and singing.

The director, Karan Johar shared he really desired to cast the leads with Ranbir Kapoor and Anushka Sharma in the film after being in Anurag Kashyap’s Bombay Velvet together. He added that he also looked forward to casting Aishwarya Rai Bachchan after trying to get her for his previous films. Special cameos included Fawad Khan was cast to play a role of a DJ,Lisa Haydon, Shah Rukh Khanhad and Alia Bhatt.

Director Karan Johar shares in a recent interview with The Times of India… “It’s not a conventional love story or love triangle. It’s a film that dwells deeply on relationships, heartbreaks and how love completes you, defines you and yet leaves you wanting for more. I have never had, in my entire career, a film that has come to me so fast, so organically and so from within.”
