Wedding Anniversary Movie Review

Beautiful Kahani (played by Mahie Gill) found her one and only Nirbhay (played by Nana Patekar) and fell heads over heels. Their love story is a beautiful one and quite normal. They are celebrating the first anniversary together. The go back to the place where they first met in Goa. They are certainly the perfect couple and are a great match even holding too many of the same values and visions for their lives.
Kahani, travels on her own and her husband Nirbhay will meet her later in the evening. She goes all out in making things special for their anniversary. She wants this to be an unforgettable night for both of them. Everything is in order with no detail left overlooked. She is ready for her husband to come and be with her to celebrate this wonderful occasion.
However, as usual there is conflict in the midst of this romantic love story. With everything ready Nirbhay calls and says he can’t come to celebrate their anniversary do to work obligations.
Kahani is as upset as any woman would be on their anniversary not able to be with the one they love. So, she just decides to lay down and sleep for the night.
She wakes up upset and expects to find her husband Nirbhay but there is this older man she doesn’t know at the door. His name is Nagarjuna and is a writer who needs a place to stay for the night. She is unsure at first but ends up letting him stay.
Nagarjuna, is really a good thing he ends up showing her own thoughts about love and open up a whole new mindset for her. Eventually, he leaves but not without allowing her to stay in this dream world where everything and everyone is perfect.
The music for the film is romantic as it is lively, upbeat so you can dance too. The soundtrack has been arrange and composed by the talented Abhiskek Ray.
The songs have been produced by the ever popular T-Series Music Company.
Many people have really responded positively to the soundtrack. Especially, with the success of the very sexy, upbeat dance song “Dhinchakk” sung by the beautiful Abhinanda Sarkar which has garnered over two million view on YouTube!
The critics have been split on the quality of this movie some giving a good seven and half of ten stars. While others only end up awarding the film two out of five stars.
